Orpheus and Trinity
On one of my many dowsing trips to Cannon Hill Park, I had been trying to locate where 'Elen' (not Elen) went after arriving in the park under this beautiful tree.
I wandered into a copse of trees and my rods gave a huge response, so I stopped dead in my tracks and asked if it was Elen. I was told no. I didn't know there was another earth energy there at the time, so I asked if there was something of interest for me? Yes. I asked if it was to do with the trees? Yes. I asked if the trees had something for me? Yes. So I asked is it this one? No. This one? No. This one, this one, this one? No, No, No. Hmm, I went round all of the trees and go No to each and every tree. So I asked, is it all the tree? YES!!!
I asked lots of yes/no questions none of which I can remember and had pretty much given up. I asked if it was OK to leave it for now and was told yes. As I was walking away, an idea dropped into my head. Is this a healing place? YES!
It was a healing place, the central tree was the place to go, so I went and stood under the tree looking up at it's amazing branches.
I got my rods back out and dowsed where to go next and seemed to be passed around from tree to tree to tree. And there began my connection with trees.....another adventure!
Anyways, on another visit I was being passed around again from tree to tree to tree and ended up in the wooded area behind the memorial. I walked in and saw an incredible tree with the most amazing, deep bark and tall trunk.
Now, I may be deranged, but I don't care ha! Trees talk to me.
On another visit in the same area, I had been tracking another earth energy which led to a large oak tree, just across from the brothers. It dowsed as a beacon tree. Well when I say it dowsed as a beacon tree, what I mean is it told me it's a beacon tree. When I touched it, a voice in my head said "I'm a beacon tree". For anyone who is interested in Beacon Trees, I suggest checking out Gordon Field Tree Dowser who can explain it in more detail. They basically act as a kind of transmitter of beneficial energies, ions, whatever you want to call it. and have a positive impact on their surrounding area. The other thing it told me was a name. "I'm Orpheus"....yeah I know it's a line from The Matrix, but you know.....these energies from source have a real sense of humour! I asked the tree if it was called Orpheus and it dowsed no, so I asked if it was the earth energy and was told yes.
I tracked this earth energy from these trees, to the memorial, through the secret garden, to the healing circle of trees which I call the tree church and then up through the fence and into what is now the Centre for Conductive Education, but was formerly Cannon Hill House.
So Orpheus was the gentle yang energy that I had previously been confused by. These earth energies run in pairs and as I now knew that "Elen" wasn't Elen, but I knew where she came into the park, I went back to dowse her. She still had this warrior, yang type energy, but she dowsed as yin. I asked her if she had a name and she didn't offer anything up except the letter T.
A few weeks earlier, I had been dowsing in Northfield and had received a trinity symbol into my mind's eye. Trinity seemed like a good name for her, a badass woman to go with Orpheus.
So now I had a pair of earth energies to interact with, to learn from and to be of service to. These earth energies dowse as type 4's in Rory Duffs categories of earth energies. These are the largest ( or are they???) earth energies that we have here in the UK. At the memorial where they node, there's another pair of type 2 earth energies. I haven't investigated them yet, but today I asked at for their names at the memorial and get this.......
