Yin and Yang energies

I tracked 'Elen' to Cannon Hill Park and over several visits discovered lots of curious, interesting and confusing things.

On 8th August I went down to Cannon Hill to see what my friend had been up to in the secret garden.  She told me that she had laid a crystal grid and as I had been unwell and unable to go with her, I went in the evening when I had a bit more energy.  Nearby were a circle of trees that I had dowsed before and found to have a masculine earth energy, which meandered towards the secret garden.  This earth energy came out the other side of the garden and into the Sousse and Bardo Memorial, a metal, structural sculpture to commemorate those that died in the Tunisian terror attacks.

I approached the memorial and met a wall of very, very strong and overpowering energy.  It made me feel quite queasy and uneasy.  At the time, I was very disconcerted by this as it felt very oppressive to me.  With hindsight, I now understand that I am very lunar/yin aligned and had yet to find a way to be comfortable with this energy which was very solar/yang powered. 

I dowsed to find 'Elen' and discovered her to be pumping this very yang energy.  For those that are unfamiliar with what I'm talking about, I'll try to explain....

You know how when you walk into a room and there's "an atmosphere" and you can tell that something is off, or when you get vibes that someone is lying, or when you get a gut feeling about something....you are sensing energy.  We tend to categorise this in the nonsense arena, but everyone is capable of experiencing these kinds of feelings and the majority of people will have had an experience such as this.  As I have become more practised at dowsing I have noticed that certain 'readings' with the dowsing rods also have an accompanying sensation.  So, if I am dowsing a yin energy, which can also be described as feminine, female, negative, lunar, goddess etc, I feel a tingling sensation on the crown of my head, in my feet, a lightness and often feel like I'm being pushed away, or pushed over backwards.  For yang/masculine/solar/positive/male energy, I feel pressure in my chest, a heavy, constricting sensation, heaviness, a pulling down sensation and often feel like I'm being pulled into something.

At this time, I had not become familiar with these sensations and was quite perturbed by the yangness of 'Elen'.  This other line that I had previously dowsed as masculine/yang was giving me the head tingles.  I thought I must be having an off dowsing day, so decided to give it up and go home.

I dowsed around the memorial several times afterwards and more recently went with two other dowsers, one of whom is very familiar with the Elen energy.   He said he didn't think it was Elen, which is the conclusion that I had arrived at.  So that led to a different adventure.  In fact it led to two different adventures.  One connected with the earth energies at the memorial and the other to go right back to where I started at St Mary's Church in Moseley to see if I could track Elen.....again!
